Research on the Dethroned Queen

The following is all the compiled information Chronicle has gathered regarding the Dethroned Queen over the course of the last  four years...

The First Dream
Flashes of fragmented images.  The tiny fragments are so intense they shake the very soul. Visual of what appears to be a Greek Pantheon but for the glowing Supernal sigils.  Inside the Parthenon-temple is powerful, magic beyond what has been witnessed in the fallen world.  Truly this must be Atlantis itself.

The inner sanctum of white marble, ocean blue, and light gold.  The ceiling in this audience chamber is domed and full of the dancing light of ocean waves.  This room hums with Supernal energy, a Demense but far more intense that it makes the teeth hurt.

Warriors with Spartan plumes in ruddy gold and reflective mirrors, spears and tridents and glowing swords.  Robed priests and priestesses covered in sigils, all in a circle around… the Throne.

The Queen sits upon her Throne. The Throne is made of raw Truth, hard and white as marble.  It’s Spartan and square shaped, its high back has a pyramid and an eye with lightning bolts seeking the ground.  And above the queen a glowing sigils and morphs and changes in multi-faceted dimensions.
That is not what the dream is focused on, you see one side of the room are warriors wearing fiery red metals with disks of Thaumium with magical weapons, Tridents and spears that you just know can cut through hope and memory as well as anything… servants of the Emissary.

See the Emissary, she looks Greek or Roman, curly brown hair, wearing robes and vibrating with her own inner light.  She looks directly at you.  She glares across the room, not at the Queen on her throne but at the group of mages across from her, you can’t see them.

She says something:
“By our grace she leaves that Ring, so we might find the Truth we seek.”
“She leaves the Robe of mystic night, so we might dwell beyond their sight.”

Tarot: The High Priestess… Past, now----very soon, future… Powerful, sublime, resplendent.. Something is coming together, another Artifact draws near…

The Corrupted Dream
Same reoccurring visions of Atlantean court.  But Every image has a Mystery command…
Throne of the Queen

Temples, erected from marble, chalcedony and obsidian with Greek columns and burning with spells. An embassy

City in a valley, the streets are mud and shit, this can’t be the holy city.

You walk through the streets and people grovel before you.  Mages rule with an Iron Fist, This is all they deserve

The Inner Sanctum decorated with White Marble, Adamantine Crystal, ocean blue, some kind of rarefied platinum that looks light gold… We rule the truths now.

Iron Pyramid on the far wall… Path to Transcendence

Domed ceiling of the audience chamber reflecting light in liquids, crystals, and magical energy surging from a Hallow, stronger than any you have felt. It’s like the Supernal touching down on physical reality… Condoned Bastion of the highest of high.

The Queen
The courtiers around the throne are divided in half.  One side of the room are priests in robes wielding coins, cups, wands, and swords.  Burning sigils upon them. Wear hats called pshents upon their heads. (Egyptian crowns, not with the cobra look)…Servants of the Arbiter

The other side of the room are warriors wearing Orichalcum with disks of Thaumium with magical weapons, Tridents and spears that you just know can cut through hope and memory as well as anything… servants of the Emissary

The Throne is the amazing and hums with power.  On its back is the Iron Pyramid, eye of lightning, and a NAME of an Exarch you have never seen before… not one of the big Four…Her name!

The Queen, black curly hair pulled back with curls framing her face.  Circlet of ten gemstones, dangling earrings of pearls and white and gold metals. (These appear in the same order and stone on the Ring of the Dethroned Queen)

She looks like Audrey Hepburn, might just be filling in details.

She moves!  Her mouth opens but what comes out is a ringing sound that shakes you to the bone… Obey!

The Dream of the Cold Smile

Cxaxa Qherephis
You see the ancient queen known as the Cold Smile was carried on the backs of her people, hoisted high on a throne lashed together from ancient and supernal stone. You see a girl, riding in the back of a pick-up truck, rocking back and forth on bales of hay lashed together with twine.

Then you see the Cold Smile again, the Archmage, bending mortal wills with her twisting words, her whorish eyes, her hips as round as the moon. Then you see the girl, simple day-dreamer, she softens hearts with her gullshaped smile, her wondering eyes, her shoulders shrugging with happy uncertainty. She steps into the woods and the wildflowers turn to watch.
Cyberline Hand

She draws near, comes nearer now, slinking towards the surface of from inside. The young woman, her hands on the straps of her backpack, climbs up the rocks to the top of the rise in a vast forest.
The queen slips her hands into the girl’s hand, getting used to her fingertips from the inside. The girl lays eyes on the deep reds of the forest that is bleeding crimson blood. The queen whispers in her ear. “It’s time.”

Research on the Cold Smile
Depiction of the Cold Smile/Robe
All in fragmentary texts, oral traditions passed down for generations, older tales, sayings and legends that have all gone from history.  She is only a footnote in history. She was a vastly powerful mage, rumored Archmage.  Ruled a million sleeping souls in pre-Olmec (estimated 5500 BCE) South America.  This is before any other major civilization in the area. The Olmec preceded this old Kingdom thousands of years later. Also known as the Cold Smile, The Splintered Sight, and the Swarming Heart. She was the foremost leader of the Silver Ladder at the time.  Legends say she claimed the Robe of the Dethroned Queen.

“For here is authority.  In this Robe I rule.  In this Robe I hold Authority.  Authority unto Death and Beyond.” – Fragment.  The Dethroned Queen, quoted in the Testament of the Cold Smile.

Her word was law, to hear her was to OBEY! And despairHer beauty was incomparable, her authority unimpeachable, her anger inescapable, her wrath was fatal, often on a terrifying scale…She was thought insane.  Claimed to be a goddess, an Oracle opposite to the Dethroned Queen’s Exarch.  An apocalyptic war took her down but her body vanished after she was defeated.  When she was defeated she was found to have no soul…

Seraph’s Visions
Images Seraph extracted from contact with the mind of a fallen Exarch, in the Castle Discordia in the Anthropic Redoubts.  The mind of the imprisoned Exarch was corrupted and holding a powerful reality destroying bomb/Abyssal entity known as “The Mirror at the End of all Things:”

These visions scar my dreams.  A great battle over a promised city climbing silvery blue road burrowing through reality.  The supernal realms across the ocean.

Seraphim, touches the abyss and collides with earth. Feel the tainted exarch. Must unite the 10 soul stones that must be to rejoin the Architect’s fallen soul. At least 2 other exarchs that fell.

The Dethroned Queen must not return. Ring, robe, scepter, throne, and crown are associated with the queen.

Indescribably huge dense matter, all in existence, abyss moving away from the expanding universe. The mirror at the end of all things.  Filth bomb that eats reality.

Two dark towers. One tower - A rose, a key, tower, and the unfound door. On the edge of a field of singing roses. Red burning eye, pierces all.

The reflection of that watchtower. This Tower is a prison. Covered in chains crawling with the Soulless. A Black spider with 7 legs, one is red.  An apocalyptic landscape. Pyramids with endless sacrifice. Worship of the abyss.

Additional Research on the Cold Smile and the Dethroned Queen
From the fragments of text from the The Gifts of the Dethroned Queen.

The Ring
The Dethroned Queen was a supposed Exarch that was exiled to the fallen world.  Supposedly after her fall from the heavens she created a cult to oppose the Exarchs and she retained much of her power.  They were to help her return and overthrow them.  She created Regalia from her soul as talismans of power:

“By her grace She leaves this Ring, so we might find the Truth we seek.”
“She leaves this Robe of mystic night, so we might dwell beyond Their sight.”
“This Scepter drawn She leaves us all, to brush aside Their distant call.”
“She leaves to us this Crown of souls, to twist their thralls to our own goals.
“By her grace She leaves this last; A Throne who’s seat will let us pass.”

The Robe

The regalia of the Dethroned Queen have blipped in and out of time.  Surfaced during Ancient Egypt.  Cxaxa Qherephis the Cold Smile, Ancient Archmage Examplar of the Silver LadderShe was also called “The Swarming Heart” and “The Splintered Sight.  The Cold Smile had the Robe used it as a sign of authority to use its powers to rule of MILLIONS of sleepers.

“Her word was law.  To hear was to Obey, and despair.  Her beauty was incomparable, her authority unimpeachable, her anger inescapable, her wrath fatal, and often on a terrifying scale”

She was utterly insane.  A brief reign was followed by an apocalyptic war that saw her destroyed.  She is a footnote in history.  Quickly sanitized from sleeper ancient history.  No one is exactly sure which ancient war was noting this.  Before her death she divided her soul into three pieces and used the robe to cast a spell to make her truly immortal.  Eyes of Salt and Heart of Flies torn from her very body.  The third item is actually her daughter. Family line carries the destiny to restore her to life. These three Phylacteries and the Robe must be adorned by the chosen first daughter of the line to restore her.

Translated Glossolalia from a Church in Witchend:
“See, God will do a new thing in the communities around us,”

“There’s opposition to work of the Spirit in some of the hearts here, and the Lord says, don’t be afraid, for His love will keep you from falling,”

“She must not have it.”

“Satan’s assault is coming, but the Spirit is ready to guard us against the traps of the Enemy. Have faith! Don’t falter!”

“Something awful comes”

“Her roots are far away,”

The Scepter Dream

You’re back in Sutton Farms… but as yourselves. The ground shakes and the Scepter, in its true form, towers like a Watchtower over the town. Then you are taken out of time and meaning… You see the bastion of the supernal in the fallen world, the ancient city. It looks decidedly Greek but the climate is more European. The intensity of this place is staggering. The ancient peasants live in poverty and squalor. There is trash, blood and shit in the streets.

Close to the center of the city now is an arrangement of columned temples made from marble, chalcedony and obsidian.  At the top of the hill in the center of the city is a square Parthenon-looking temple, made of pure white marble and statues of Greek Gods, all the greats.

Inside the temple throne room of the Dethroned Queen… the temple’s interior is crafter from snow white marble, ocean blue stones and bright white gold. It has a domed roof overhead and light dances as if reflected off of water. The room hums with power, a Supernal Verge so strong its overwhelming.

The Queen sits upon her throne. She has a crown upon her head. A familiar looking robe covers her body and she holds a bell clapper in one hand and a royal scepter in the other. The Queen looks Greek or Roman with curly black hair bound up tightly above her head and framing her face. The crown is a circlet of 10 gemstones, dangling earrings of pearls and white gold metals. Looks a lot like Audrey Hepburn actually… The bell clapper has the same 10 stones.

The Scepter… is an ornate shaft of highly reflective metal (Thaumium) that changes to a helixed dragon made from white semitransparent jade (True White Jade). The ridge of its back is studded with the 10 gemstones. The Eastern dragon’s neck curls around until its faces forward with an open, angry mouth full of fang.  Its eyes are red and seem to glow.

Two mages stand before her on either side of her massive throne, they argue in Atlantean. You can only pick up some words in High Speech, symbols: They are arguing about the nature of power and control. Their forces are armed behind them on either side. They are trying to decide how the Fallen World should be ruled.

With the woman stand warriors with Spartan plumes in rudy gold (Orihalcum) and reflective mirror shields (Thaumium) armed with spears, tridents and glowing swords. They can cut through hope, memory, anything.

With the man stand robed priests and priestesses covered in sigils, staves, wands, swords, chalices, and disks. They were Egyptian-looking crowns (pshents).

The Emissary… is a tall aquiline woman. She stands with the warriors in shiny armor. She has long curly red hair that flows to the small of her back. She has burning green eyes. She is the Queen’s Advisor. Her name is Aldones. Her robes burn with an inner light. (She was an Acanthus Archmage)

The Arbitor… is a dark-haired and stern-looking man with a strong jaw. His eyes are fearful. He is the Queen’s Priest and stands with the other Priests. His name is Neotalba. He is a Mastigos Archmaster.

The argument escalates quickly, emotionally. The Queen says something.. True. But you cannot hear it. Her name burns above the Throne. Both sides suddenly break into conflict and an epic magic battle begins. Time slows as the battle begins.

Aldones stands firm, out front, and turns her attention to the observers stares (you). Spells and arrows fly past her, missing her, but her attention remains on you. Bolts of energy fill the throne room. She opens her mouth… Atlantean again. High Speech words express symbols: Gather. Artifacts. Fight. Lords. Save. The Fallen.

Scepter: the Phone Call
“Chimera. It’s Gawain from the London concilium. Do you remember when I visited the Horsemen a few Christmases ago?”

“I know where an Artifact of the Dethroned Queen is.”

“It’s in a salt cave in Germany. Recently discovered and secured by the remnants of the Hegemonic Ministry.”

“The entrance to the cave is in the basement of an old abandoned industrial complex under guard as the Seers attempt to study it. Destiny is surfacing these artifacts at last. I don’t know exactly where it is, but I have a lead, a Russian Sleepwalker by the name of Czernobog. He did some recently free-lance support for the Seers when they set up shop. However, he will only show them where the complex is he has the means to overcome their wards, defenses, and observations. So, to provide him with that, you will need to acquire a rare Relic, one of the genuine remaining Hands of Glory. It is able to conceal all within its light from mystical and mundane observations."

“To get the hand, you must pay the woman at a special shop in the German city of Kiel. But I will meet you in London before you depart. I have cashed in my favor with her so the Hand is already paid for. It is just waiting for you.”

“Once you have the hand, here is how to contact Czernobog…” [Contact Information] “Have him outfit you with some of his surplus equipment. Tell him it’s a Minor Favor from me and a Major Favor from me for showing you all the installation.”

“She told me to. I couldn’t resist. Who am I to question Destiny? The Destiny of these Artifacts. What she made them for.”

"Who?"

“You should know. HER. She is here with me right now."

“You’ve encountered two of the Regalia already. You’ve all been spiritually entangled. Can’t you feel it? Haven’t you had the dreams yet?  My role here is minor, but I play my part. I played my part (apparently) when I left the Ring with the Horsemen. Sorry about that. This entanglement can’t touch them, they are exempt. You are not.”

“She wants to see if you can get the third of the Regalia. She wants to see if you are the chosen ones to receive the gifts of the Queen, to fulfill her purpose, to follow the path she laid behind her for others to follow.  You must keep the Regalia from the hands of the Adversary."
“If you stand against the Lie, against the Jailors, the Administrators, you must take back the Regalia.  Your fate entanglement gives you the best chance of success. Do you not know what the Regalia is for? Have you not guessed?"

"But the Robe was destroyed.  Cast into the Ocean Orouboros."

“The Robe is not destroyed, it cannot be destroyed. Have you not seen it again, on the path you are following?”
